We use your name, email, optional company and message to answer business inquiries and prepare the cooperation you request. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), or our legitimate interest in business communication when you represent a company (Article 6(1)(f)). For job or cooperation applications, we also process an optional CV to assess that application and conduct pre-contractual discussions. Without a separate agreement, we do not retain CVs in a future recruitment database or forward them to prospective clients.

We retain data while handling the inquiry or selection process and related discussions. Afterwards we delete it unless needed for a resulting contract, a legal obligation or specific legal claims. In those cases only necessary data is kept for the duration of that obligation or claim.

Recipients are authorized staff and necessary hosting, email and technical support providers. This deployment is intended for EU/EEA hosting and email with no planned transfers outside the EU/EEA. We do not sell data. Forms send messages and CVs to our business mailbox, not a website database. Attachments are processed temporarily by the server. Abuse protection uses a technical session cookie and a short-lived pseudonymous record derived from the IP address. Technical logs support security and troubleshooting based on legitimate interests. We use no analytics or marketing cookies, automated decisions or profiling.

Providing data is voluntary. Name, email and message are needed to handle the form; company and CV are optional. Do not send unnecessary or sensitive personal data. Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or your competent supervisory authority.
